Fruits de mer

This was a dinner that I made a little while ago. It was delicious. Scallops with hazlenuts and  brown butter with lemon green beans on the side.

On the menu for tonight..Macaroni and two cheeses with carmelized shallots. Dessert I will try to re create "Dame Blanche" from an amazing french restaurant we ate at in the marina on St. Maarten.
