This was a dinner that I made a little while ago. It was delicious. Scallops with hazlenuts and brown butter with lemon green beans on the side.On the menu for tonight..Macaroni and two cheeses with carmelized shallots. Dessert I will try to re create "Dame Blanche" from an amazing french restaurant we ate at in the marina on St. Maarten.
