Poilâne

Lately I have been thinking about France a lot. I really want to be immersed in the food and whole culinary adventure. I get really excited around here if I can find a decent cafe, or even a nice menu with french inspired food.

A great staple that  I absolutely crave is a great loaf of bread, or baguette. As much as I would love to be at Poilâne..

I had to go for the easier and quickest option. We have seen this bakery every time on the drive to work. It is called Con Pane. We decided to finally stop and check it out. It was a great find. The bread we had sliced there, and I used it the next morning for breakfast. I am on the search for more gems in my new neighborhood.
