Kebabs.

With Summertime quickly approaching, there have been cravings for grilling. Living in a loft now, we are unable to have a grill..so next best thing..a grill pan! It worked quite nicely. The kebabs scream summer to me, bright and colorful. The chicken came out moist and juicy. The marinade I made, was very simple but came out very flavorful. The marinade consisted of fresh garlic, fresh parley, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Salt and Pepper to taste. Of course there are many variations to marinades, and next time I want to make them with citrus added into the mix.
