You can not help but order a bread bowl of clam chowder while walking around Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. The smells of fresh bread that they blow out of vents there, just suck you right it. There was a bit of chill in the air that also made this soup have an extra plus side to it. The sourdough bread was so fresh, and the silky clam chowder was delicious.
