We decided to stay in last night, so I thought it was a great opportunity to make a pizza. I did my take on a veggie pizza with three cheeses. The three cheeses I used were mozzarella, freshly grated parmigiano reggiano, and an herbed goat cheese. Delectable! I chose to use fresh tomato, yellow onions, and green bell peppers. I also snuck in a few greek olives on my side. We paired it with a Pinot Noir from Chile, which was outstanding, and also very affordable. "Paris" was the film of choice, which is still currently in theaters here, but we managed to find it on the on demand channel. This was a wonderful film! A perfect Saturday night..Pizza..Pinot Noir..and Paris.
