Boursin Boca Burgers

This was a dinner that we had the other night, neither one of us are vegetarians, but we both love the boca burgers, so I decided to spruce them up a bit. Boca burgers topped with oven roasted shallots and tomatoes, and Boursin. Delightful. Sea Salt soy crisps with a sprinkle of ground pepper on the side.
