Antonio's family surprised me with a late birthday celebration early this week. This is definately better late than never. Horchata, Mole, and delicious strawberries and cream white birthday cake. Antonio's mom got me a lovely Rice Cooker/Steamer. I am so excited about it! Sushi and many dishes with rice to come..
