This is the version of Caprese Salad that I had at Confidential. The Heirloom tomatoes made this simple dish, just that much more colorful and gratifying. Each time that I have been to this restaurant, I have left satisfied. I was said to hear that Chef Richard Sweeney had left earlier in the year, but I hope to hear more about him in the near future.
